One day I observed that her child was suddenly much older, greather (some 3 – 4 years), but still clothed with some dark grey rag, sitting on her hips but still sleeping in her arm (was he dazed? / put under?). When she asked me for money, I shouted to her “the boy has to walk now, it is not good for him to be a daylong on your arms, now he has to move”. She turned away, seeming much worried. My reflection after was that this boy seemed not be hers (the way she looked at him with a cold distance), he could have been bought to some poor people to be used for her begging work – Heidi).
